To reproduce:
- View Status/Server Monitoring screen.
- Disable network connection.
- Ok the error dialog(s).
- View the Configuration/Program Control screen.
- Ok the error dialogs.
- Notice there are no Subsystem Types or Subsystem entries in the list boxes.
- View the Status/Server Monitoring screen again.
- Ok the 4 error dialogs and the console will crash.

Starting the console with no network connection is fine so the immediate solution is to start it up again.
