Note: from Sentra V6.3 onwards, this will no longer be an issue. We have modified the product so that the ITLSQLAgentSvc is used to execute agent configuration background jobs.

The guest database needs 'connect' permissions to msdb database for the sentra process control to function.

Right click on the msdb database and go to permissions, add guest if not already present then select grant on the connect permission.
